Objective: This study examines (a) the role of stakeholders in realizing innovation building digital literacy programs Gresik Regency, (b) stakeholder efforts fostering awareness, and (c) challenges to for suburban communities. Method: The research uses a qualitative approach with grounded theoretical research. was conducted five villages subjects amounted 40 informants. Data collection in-depth interviews, participant observations, document studies. analysis lepangan data two methods: an interactive model coding process conclusion. Results: 1) Regency starts from village elements community leaders become initiators active participants villagers carrying out program implementation activities; 2) Stakeholder participation is quite diverse, which influenced by care, funds, responsible persons, while E-commerce platforms local very effective competition open; 3) Facing several challenges, especially terms literacy, limited facilities concern community. Novelty: combines strategies generate innovations various aspects awareness. critical leader promote implement education, as well strengthen education current era.

Objective: The decreasing absorption capacity of vocational education graduates indicates barriers to teaching quality. This Research aims analyze the factors that influence quality learning. Method: uses quantitative methods. sample is aircraft maintenance engineering students at Aviation Polytechnic. Data analysis Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square. Result: Validation research instrument resulted in loading factor, AVE, Cronbach Alfa, and SRMR meeting requirements, so variables were declared valid reliable, model was fit. Lecturer behavior learning resources have a direct significant positive relationship. Meanwhile, management support through has influenced by 51.0%.
