El contexto educativo global en el que nos encontramos de procesos cambios educativos, demanda los profesores educación física su calidad profesional y competitiva. estudio asumió un enfoque cuantitativo, tipo investigación no experimental con diseño descriptivo observacional transversal. objetivo fue evaluar las competencias profesionales titulados universidades del Perú la adjudicación plazas por concurso público 2022-2024. Se una muestra probabilística conformada 2197 (571 mujeres 1626 varones). La técnica utilizada análisis documental, instrumento utilizado ficha recolección datos. En estadístico se utilizó software SPSS. V. 28, aplicó estadística descriptiva prueba ANOVA. Resultados UNMSM predomina nombramiento fase a nivel instituciones educativas niveles primario secundario (18.55%) (15.76%), UNA-Puno sobresale extraordinaria (23.73%) (37.61%). evaluación conocimientos pedagógicos curriculares especialidad obtuvieron x̅ más altos UNPRG 105.86 UNSCH, 100.50 habilidades generales lograron significativos UNJFSC 39.33, USP 38.86 UNHEVAL 38.00. desempeño dos UDCH UNAP, altos. concluye tiene p-valor (Sig.) = 0.000 < 0.05, determinándose diferencias significativas cinco competencias. Background: Higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) are 21st-century needed by students to survive the demands of current era. However, problem is that teachers often do not optimally include HOTS in lesson plan and implementation learning. Research Objective: This study aimed investigate relationship between teacher's skill preparing plans performance applying them physical education. Methods: type research correlational using two variables: teaching performance. The participants were 28 education (men = 21, women 7) who participated Teacher Professional Education Programme at Universitas Negeri Padang 2022. data teacher videos taken from documented test results (PDF files videos). Data analysis used regression with help SPSS version 25. Findings/Results: showed α < 0.05 (0.007) a value 2.923 means positively determined their students. contribution made ability prepare 24.70%.
