This
study
aims
to
investigate
the
perceptions
of
health
and
exercise
among
older
adults
in
rural
Javanese
communities
Indonesia.
Through
a
sequential
exploratory
approach,
research
uncovers
diverse
levels
knowledge
regarding
population.
