Prevención terciaria de la violencia en una entidad deportiva de fútbol: un estudio de caso (Tertiary violence prevention in a football sport organization: a case study)

Este artículo describe un procedimiento de intervención terciaria en una organización pública formativa fútbol la que existía diversas manifestaciones violentas tipo verbal y discriminativa, identificándose: violencia organizacional, espectadores o hinchas incondicionales (familias), entre iguales discriminación por razón género. La muestra del sistema lo constituían incluyendo alcaldía (n=1), gestor político técnico delegación (n=1); familiares (n=360); protagonistas, incluyen al director deportivo entrenadores (n=6) jugadores (n=360). se produjo parte profesional psicología deporte especialista con rol reformulado como 4 fases: ajuste, estabilización, aceptación confrontación progreso. Las medidas acciones fueron dirigidas tanto a agentes procedimientos criterios sustentaban cultura estructural organización. Tras cuatro años implementación programa, administración contratante calificó los resultados exitosos, destacando reducción éxito refleja incremento 25% el número total jugadores, pasando 360 450, notable aumento 215% participación femenina, creció 16 50 jugadoras. This article describes tertiary intervention procedure in public football training organization which there were various and discriminative violent manifestations, identifying: organizational violence, violence from spectators or unconditional fans (families), between equals discrimination based on of genre. Legal and social perspectives on the phenomena of supporter violence in sport

Abstract. This study examines the legal and social perspectives of supporter violence in sports. The employed a systematic literature review, gathering articles from Google Scholar based on inclusion exclusion criteria. For example, search focused published journals indexed by Scopus databases. In addition, must be between 2019 2024. keywords used were; "Legal AND Social Supporter Violence Sport". then obtained 61.700 articles. Furthermore, these were screened several stages, yielding 10 that met theme fulfilled requirements. During article selection, this research followed PRISMA method. results revealed prevention requires holistic integrated approach. Controlling supporters' violent behavior needs not only strict frameworks consistent law enforcement but also organizational culture changes structural arrangements within sports organizations to instill anti-violence.
