Introduction. Many cardiovascular risk factors are associated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, which is recognized as one of the predictors diseases. Considering disease to be asymptomatic for a long time, it very important determine relationships between various involved in formation pathology early detect and prevent diseases people working age. Materials methods. As part cross-sectional study, prevalence metalworking workers was studied. The body mass index, lipid profile indicators, glucose, glycated hemoglobin, ultrasound results, accumulation physical activity were analyzed. Results. study revealed presence steatosis 37% participants. In 19%, detected normal index predominance “elderly” group; values statistically significantly higher group diagnosed steatosis: total cholesterol (p <0.001), triglycerides atherogenicity <0.001); hyperglycemia <0.001). coefficient increases age, steatosis, obesity. persons hepatic low predominate. Limitations. has regional (Saratov region) occupational (workers industry) limitations. Conclusion. results showed high among workers, mainly elderly men. established interrelations studied confirm significant cardiometabolic disorders which, under conditions additional exposure production factors, can potentiate development their complications, cause fatal cases, including at work.
