Uporaba interneta, koji je neupitno koristan i praktičan, danas nezaobilazni dio svakodnevnice. U značajnoj mjeri izvor problema, što se očituje kod onog dijela populacije kojega evidentna nemogućnost kontroliranja vremena provedenog u aktivnostima na internetu. Rezultat toga nastanak brojnih različitih psihosocijalnih problema narušavaju funkcionalnost pojedinca društva cjelini te temelju opravdano govoriti o ovisnosti Ovisnost internetu smatra vrstom bihevioralne ovisnosti, uključuje razvoj specifičnih mentalnih ponašajnih oštećenja karakterističnih za ovisničko ponašanje, ali bez uporabe psihoaktivnih sredstava kao uzroka same ovisnosti. Istraživanja prevalencije sustavno ukazuju globalni porast s višim stopama azijskim zemljama odnosu Europu Ameriku. Kao jedan od procjene stopa ističe nedostatak jednoznačnih kriterija definiranje kulturalno nepristranih, pouzdanih mjernih instrumenata. Ono posebno zabrinjavajuće evidentan među adolescentima, zbog čega važno daleko veći naglasak staviti implementaciju novih znanja, redovitu provjeru postojećih uvođenje preventivnih aktivnosti podizanje svijesti potencijalnim opasnostima prekomjernog korištenja interneta. Cilj ovoga istraživanja ponuditi pregled podataka dobivenih iz prevalenciji, klasifikaciji, simptomima prevenciji adolescenata.

In recent years, the notion of digital addiction has become popular. Calls for solutions to combat it, especially in adolescents, are on rise. Whilst there remains debate status this phenomenon as a diagnosable mental health condition; is need prevention and intervention approaches that encourage individuals have more control over their usage. This narrative review examines countermeasures proposed last ten years. By countermeasures, we mean strategies techniques prevention, harm reduction, towards addictive behaviours. We include studies published peer-reviewed journals between 2010 2021 based empirical evidence. total, 87 were included review. The findings show main could be grouped under four categories: psycho-social, software mediated, pharmacological, combined. Overall, it been shown effective reducing use. However, general statement efficacy cannot made due inconsistent conceptualisation methodological weaknesses. Accordingly, highlights issues addressed future studies.

Abstract Background Globally, Internet is a recognized form of leisure, but there are growing apprehensions about the increasing number individuals developing an addiction to it. Recent research has focused on social issues associated with internet (IA). However, treatment IA currently unclear. This study aimed explore relationship between outcomes and different intervention strategies through systematic review data analysis patients who received modes. Methods A meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.4 Stata 14.2 57 literature from five Chinese English databases, PubMed, Embase, Web Science, Wanfang CNKI. Result total randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were included in this network involving 3538 13 interventions. The results demonstrated that top four interventions were: rTMS + CBT, drug others, rTMS, electro-acupuncture CBT. Conclusion Our indicated comprehensive therapy had optimal therapeutic effect CBT ranked first among all indicators intervention, indicating clinical effectiveness.

Teknolojinin gelişmesine paralel olarak hayatımıza giren internet bağımlılığı kavramı henüz DSM-5’te yer almasa da son zamanlarda yapılan çalışmalar incelendiğinde ve ile ilişkili olabilecek değişkenlere yönelik çalışmalara ağırlık verildiği görülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı yaşam doyumu arasındaki ilişkiyi ele alan çalışmaları incelemek etkili bir terapi yöntemi olan bilişsel davranışçı terapinin söz konusu değişkenler üzerindeki etkisini inceleyen araştırmaları ortaya koymaktır. amaçla literatür taraması yapılmış doyumunun anlamlı negatif yönde olduğunu koyan çalışmaların çoğunlukta olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Buna göre, arttıkça düşmekte ya azalmaktadır. Ayrıca bağımlılığını azaltma doyumunu artırma noktasında tedavi Mevcut BDT’nin artırmada gösterdiği için ruh sağlığı alanında önleme etme de kullanılması önerilebilir. Ancak hem ilişkisini bu az sayıdadır. Söz değişkenlerin daha farklı yöntemlerle örneklem gruplarıyla fazla çalışmaya ihtiyaç vardır.
