This study assessed parents' satisfaction with online education for learners special needs at the elementary level during school year 2020–2021. It employed mixed method of research in gathering data profile and status investigating issues encountered by parents implementation education. Simple percentage, weighted mean, standard deviation chi-square test independence were used to analyse data. While pandemic brought about a lot of new challenges, it also gave academics chance to test out evaluation methodologies they had previously thought but hadn't used relatively low-risk setting.
