This study examines the implementation of a combination scientific management theory and humanistic approach at IAIN Curup to enhance operational efficiency employee well-being. Background/Objectives: The burnout syndrome in nurses has been related to the development of mental health problems. Resilience is a protective feature against anxiety and depression disorders. However, the precise relationship structure of resilience remain poorly understood.
