A substantial body of empirical evidence reveals that physical activity is associated with a wide range positive and mental health outcomes. However, an absence comprehensive syntheses observed concerning the varying effects different exercise intensities on improvement among children adolescents. The aim this review to systematically investigate fitness adolescents, analyses optimal for improving fitness, provide relevant theoretical basis optimizing school education curricula. systematic search strategy was used in study four online databases (PubMed, Scopus, EBSCO Web Science). Intervention studies met inclusion criteria underwent thorough screening process, their methodological quality assessed utilizing PEDro scale. selected literature analyzed evaluated through induction, summary, analysis, evaluation. These findings indicate high-intensity training exerts significant composition, cardiopulmonary function muscle Therefore, we suggest schools should focus sports curriculum, which can further improve student's PHYSICAL FITNESS.

To systematically assess the impact of various exercise modalities and dosages on body composition college students through a comprehensive review randomized controlled trials (RCTs). We conducted search relevant (RCTs) in eight databases, covering data from inception each database to August 2024. Following literature screening, two investigators independently extraction assessed risk bias. Network meta-analysis (NMA) was using Stata 17.0 with random-effects modeling, while dose-response analysis performed utilizing R version 4.3.1. A total 43 (RCTs), encompassing 3,154 participants, were included analysis. Aerobic exercise, combined high-intensity interval training (HIIT), mind-body calisthenics demonstrated significant effects reducing mass index (BMI) compared control groups. Surface under cumulative ranking (SUCRA) probability rankings indicated that had highest likelihood being most effective intervention for BMI reduction, whereas resistance associated lowest likelihood. The revealed threshold dose overall lower 310 METs-min/week, predicted maximum response 1,300 beyond which there minimal change effect. Additionally, distinct nonlinear relationships observed aerobic HIIT, aerobics. No differences effectiveness interventions across types. However, based SUCRA analysis, emerged as preferred intervention, succeeded by combination exercises. optimal dosage enhancing identified effect relatively low. https://www.crd.york.ac.uk/PROSPERO/view/CRD42024587032.

Introduction Over the past 50 years, rise in obesity has prompted a search for new treatments. Intragastric injections of botulinum toxin A (BT-A), safer alternative to surgery, show promise reducing weight and caloric intake by inducing early satiety. This study examines their efficacy loss. Material methods From 2021 2023, we conducted retrospective analysis patients who underwent intragastric BT-A general surgery endoscopy unit. The inclusion criteria were being aged 18–65 having body mass index (BMI) over 25 kg/m2. Patients with specific medical conditions or incomplete records excluded. We monitored patient BMI values before procedure at monthly intervals, further assessments sixth month, including appetite satisfaction. Results Our on 67 patients, predominantly female (82.1%), 35.5 ±9.0 years mean 33.5 ±3.3 kg/m², examined injections’ effectiveness. 58.2% received both gastric antrum fundus regions, showing greater loss (mean: 10.7 ±7.0 kg) than those treated alone. Side effects occurred 16.4%, various symptoms. High dietary compliance (80.6%) correlated loss, especially among reporting intense Patient satisfaction positively highlighting treatment response dual-region injections. Conclusions suggested that are effective safe satiety few side effects. Individual responses vary, diet adherence is crucial. More studies needed assess treatment’s obesity.
