have
been

conditions,

neoplasms,

diabetes
mellitus.

pharmacological
actions

review,

contain
bioactive
compounds

high
antioxidant
activity
and
considered
to
have
the
potential

used
as
raw
materials
for
functional
food.The
utilization
of
melinjo
food
must
consider
general
specific
quality
standards
ensure
generated
products
deliver
intended
benefits.The
purpose
this
study
was
determine
nonspecific
parameters
commercial
in
form
extracts
flour
well
evaluate
its
capacity
materials.The
evaluated
include
drying
loss,
microbial
contamination,
moisture,
total
ash,
insoluble
acid
extract
yield,
fat,
crude
fiber.The
