The relationship between doctors and patients is reinforced through the expanded communication channels provided by remote healthcare services, resulting in heightened patient satisfaction loyalty. Nonetheless, growth of these services hampered security privacy challenges they confront. Additionally, electronic health records (EHR) information dispersed across multiple hospitals different formats, undermining data sovereignty. It allows any service to assert authority over their EHR, effectively controlling its usage. This paper proposes a blockchain enforced attribute-based access control service. To enhance data-sovereignty, proposed system employs control, zero-knowledge proof (ZKP) blockchain. role within our pivotal defining attributes. These attributes, turn, form fundamental basis for criteria. Blockchain used keep hospital public chain but EHR related private chain. Furthermore, provides using attributed based cryptosystem before are stored Analysis shows that sovereignty with provision on control.
