In recent years, organised and competitive video gaming, esports, has gained enormous popularity in many parts of the world, contributing to growing professionalisation this sports branch. To become or remain a professional esports player, individuals practice gaming for several hours day while remaining sitting posture which may not only lead decrease training quality short term (eg, due cognitive fatigue) but also put them at higher risk negative health events long-term overuse injuries). Thus, interrupting periods prolonged with acute physical exercise is strongly recommended players even though optimal dosage breaks remains unclear. address gap, we propose viewpoint that traditional concepts prescription determination using variables frequency, intensity, time (also referred as duration) type (ie, abbreviated acronym FITT) should be complemented by variable density characterises timing consecutive bouts during an session.
