Abstract This study evaluates the impact of Pilates exercises on pregnancy. is a popular exercise for fitness, rehabilitation, and athletic performance. A basic search strategy using keywords from various database engines was used articles 2019 to 2024 were selected this study. The results show that can help pregnant women feel physically prepared, less anxious about giving birth, improve postural stability. They relieve pelvic alignment, lumbar, low back discomfort, lower stress levels, boost quality life sleep, delivery outcomes. be integrated into prenatal care programs enhance whole pregnancy experience support health mothers newborns.
