Black Si exhibits certain unique structural, mechanical, electrical, optical, thermal, and wetting properties that may not be found in c-Si. The most important of these are optical due to the peculiarities shape morphology this material. Therefore, chapter first presents results our complex investigations on structural b-Si. next sections will introduce photoelectric properties. These determine applicability b-Si for development devices various purposes their parameters.
