One most acceptable NSAIDs pronounced analgesic effect low incidence ARs aceclofenac, which available various dosage forms (tablets, sachets, topical cream for external use). This medication characterized proven efficacy good tolerability. Centrally acting relaxants (CM) play MSP. They eliminate spasm, enhance analgesics reduce need NSAIDs. CM has been demonstrated spasticity many group be associated ARs, limits their use. Tolperisone best combination favorable safety profile among CM. Its positive NBP confirmed several well-organized, placebo-controlled trials. There are also studies demonstrating tolperisone OA.
