Developing vegetable agriculture is crucial for ensuring a balanced dietary structure and promoting nutritional health. However, remote sensing extraction in open-field planting areas faces several challenges, such as the mixing of target crops with natural vegetation caused by differences climate conditions practices, which hinders development large-scale field mapping. This paper proposes classification method based on phenological characteristics (VPC), takes into account spatiotemporal heterogeneity cultivation Northeast China. We used two-step strategy. First, Sentinel-2 satellite images land use data were utilized to identify optimal time key indicators detection crop growth. Second, spectral analysis was integrated three machine learning classifiers, leveraged features extracted from accurately vegetable-growing areas. combined approach enabled generation high-precision map. The research findings reveal consistent year-by-year increase area vegetables 2019 2023. overall accuracy (OA) results ranges 0.81 0.93, Kappa coefficient 0.83. Phosphorus application is widely regarded as a key measure for improving crop resistance to drought. This study investigated the effect of appropriate phosphorus fertilization on photosynthesis, physiological traits, and yield under water stress during soybean flowering stage selected drought-sensitive variety “Sui Nong 26” pot experiment object completely randomized design. The was designed with three irrigation lower limits, corresponding 70%, 60%, 50% field capacity (FC), referred T1, T2, T3. Four fertilizer applications were also included: 0, 40, 50, 60 mg·kg (designated P0, P1, P2, P3), resulting in total 12 treatments. Photosynthetic parameters, antioxidant enzyme activities, membrane lipid peroxidation, osmotic adjustment substances, yield, components measured assess effects drought resistance. Results showed that stress, moderate (P1 P2) enhanced photosynthetic capacity, antioxidation, adjustment, particularly by scavenging excess reactive oxygen species, protecting cells from oxidative damage, maintaining metabolic balance, leading increased yield. average net rate per plant P1 P2 levels 33.53% 37.67%, 20.7% 15.6%, respectively, compared P0. In contrast, excessive (P3) improved above parameters but had significantly than application. Thus, crucial soybeans stress. Moderate not only alleviates boosts highlights importance use mitigating offering scientific evidence its practical agriculture. At same time, increasing severity climate change scarcity, strategies varying conditions provide critical support precision agriculture technologies ensuring food security.
