ABSTRACT To support property valuation using three‐dimensional (3D) real estate, the present study aims to extend national spatial data infrastructure (NSDI) with value‐affecting factors such as location characteristics, planning, sociocultural information, and building dwelling characteristics. this end, conceptual model proposed in ISO 19152‐4 Land Administration Domain Model Part 4: Valuation information is first explored integrated into NSDI together local characteristics identified necessary for 3D estate valuations. The then implemented enriched georeferenced buildings floor plans. A case carried out city center, where models of residential units are produced. In study, an overall parametric value score generated each unit conjunction GIS analysis relevant value‐influencing determined by a questionnaire completed experts, academics, appraisers.
