Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) is a rights-based approach that aims to provide equitable health services and participation opportunities for people with disabilities. Telerehabilitation has emerged as potential methodology delivering care within the CBR framework. However, accessibility of telerehabilitation presents unique challenges children disabilities (CWD) in communities low socioeconomic status. This phenomenological qualitative study explores barriers facilitators influence families CWD method urban poor communities. Nine focus group discussions (FGDs) were conducted involving 75 primary caregivers CWD. Inductive thematic analysis using NVivo software was employed analyze collected data, revealing four themes impact Telerehabilitation: Economic Social Resources, Self-Competency Affecting Transition, Flexible Service Delivery Mechanism, Safety Security Threat Participation. The findings emphasize intricate interplay factors influencing from low-income households. Actionable strategies address these include providing affordable technology internet access, offering training support families, developing culturally sensitive resources, establishing safety protocols, advocating inclusive policies funding mechanisms. Collaboration among healthcare professionals, policymakers, essential building resilient system prioritizes needs living poverty. insights gained this can inform development targeted interventions systems ensure no child left behind accessing quality despite digital divides.
