Many teachers experience decreased motivation and dissatisfaction due to a lack of support from school leaders, which ultimately impacts the quality teaching learning. This study analyzes relationship between teachers' satisfaction with leadership using correlational regression approaches. used quantitative descriptive-correlational research design. Sixty-one primary participated in this as respondents, who were selected through simple random sampling. Data collected validated questionnaire consisting satisfaction. The instrument was subjected reliability test Cronbach's alpha ensure consistency form sheet. analysis descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation, Spearman rho chi-square test, ordinary least square (OLS) regression, logit determine strength direction variables. results further showed that increased predicted higher levels teacher motivation. It is concluded improving practices can significantly contribute motivation, overall performance. Therefore, it recommended leaders receive targeted training develop skills increase
