Relevance . The recycling of secondary rapeseed raw materials is a perspective trend for increasing the efficiency production this agricultural crop. Methods Degreasing kernel fraction was carried out by hexane extraction, wateralcohol treatment low—fat with mixture water + ethanol (3:7). fractional composition protein complex determined sequential extraction distilled water, 7% NaCl solution and 0.1M NaOH solution. Analysis these showed presence synaptic acid globulins. water-alcohol skimmed kernel, remove phenolic compounds, partial removal from material (protein decreased 39.06 32.34%), limited denaturation, which leads solubility yield extract, as indicated product relative 26.4 15.3%, contained material, 28.9 20.3%.
