The main goal of designing peptide vaccines, conducting immunodiagnosis, and producing antibodies is to accurately identify linear B-cell epitopes. However, experimental analysis determine these epitopes costly. This study focuses on developing a Gaussian-based dilated 1-D CNN model for classifying non-epitopes in protein sequences related Zika Dengue viruses. Immune Epitope Database (IEDB) was used, containing total 1741 7020 viruses, respectively. Physicochemical features the dataset were extracted using Gaussian distribution extract optimal based feature probability distribution. proposed achieved an accuracy score 83.00% 85.00%, precision 87.00%, recall F1-score 84.00% 86.00% over datasets. suggested outperforms existing methods, demonstrating potential deep learning approaches bioinformatics enhancing epitope prediction with implications drug discovery vaccine development.
