According to estimates by experts from the World Health Organization, approximately 10 million citizens in Ukraine may be at risk of mental disorders that are directly associated with post- and long-COVID conditions, as well ongoing effects martial law. These challenges have led significant changes nation’s psycho-neurological psycho-emotional health. Under ICD-11, recognized factors span infections, depression, substance addictions, polydrug use, smoking, excessive consumption alcohol or psychoactive substances. In wartime, such health can reduce educational attainment, limit athletic performance, undermine work capacity professional qualifications. Recognizing urgent need address these issues, an interdisciplinary study has been conducted identify root causes conditions give rise among minors youth. Drawing on forensic medical practice, it emphasizes necessity protecting psychological well-being younger population during addition, clarifies its relevance examining adversely affect youth, including stressful impacts conflict restricted access support systems. It also explores methods both environmentally safe sanctioned for use Ukraine. Findings show when psychologists specialized training involved, minors’ youth is safeguarded. By using evidence-based approaches, they boost resilience foster healthier outcomes under challenging conditions. Calendula Officinalis L.: Study for Prospects of Creating Combined Dosage Forms with Naturally Similar Properties

Calendula officinalis L. is a part of almost 200 dosage forms. Despite the long tradition use, genus has not been properly studied. Pharmacological studies show that C. exhibits antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antitumor and antioxidant properties. A multidisciplinary comprehensive study calendula (Calendula L.) review several medicinal plant raw materials with similar content biologically active substances were conducted for prospects creating combined forms naturally properties based on them. As well as composition substances. literature showed quite few drugs different pharmacological effects have created from material officinalis, such Gastrofit, tincture, ointment, Clotrex, Bronhofit, Ugrin®, Phytodent®, Rotokan, Tazalok™ others. The task was set to create drugs, using analogues chemical-pharmaceutical origin (synthesis) known (active pharmaceutical ingredients), example flowers, hemp their introduction into industrial production medical practice, or individual manufacture according doctor's prescription in pharmacies while ensuring quality, safety, effectiveness economic availability.

Розглянуто організаційні підходи та вимоги до проведення комплексного практично-орієнтованого державного іспиту освітньо-кваліфікаційного рівня «Бакалавр», який складали студенти, що навчаються на медичному факультеті ВПНЗ «Львівський медичний університет» за спеціальністю 227 «Фізична терапія, ерготерапія». Проаналізовано його результати з питань основ фізичної терапії при захворюваннях серцево-судинної системи, нервової органів дихання, порушеннях опорно-рухового апарату. За результатами середній бал становив 4.1, якісний показник успішності – 80 %. Запропоновано для пацієнтів різними нозологіями розширити перелік практичних завдань в ситуаційних задачах, які відповідають основам “реабілітаційного втручання/впливу”; пов’язувати умови задач екзаменаційних білетах із завданнями, виконують підготуванні відповідей питання; заняттях і під час клінічних практик приділяти більше часу уваги засвоєнню вдосконаленню навиків, зокрема відпрацюванню алгоритмів обстежень реабілітаційних маніпуляцій. Зміст іспиту, переліки типових діяльності, умінь виносяться іспит, ґрунтуються вимогах галузевого стандарту вищої освіти освітньої (освітньо-професійної) програми програм дисциплін, включені атестацію. Висловлені Державною екзаменаційною комісією зауваження побажання не зменшують значимого вкладу професорсько-викладацького складу медичного факультету у підготування студентів-випускників 2024 року. Пропозиції Державної екзаменаційної комісії ляжуть основу студентів наступних років проведенні іспитів. Студентам університет», виконали всі освітньо-професійної повної медичної рівнем «Бакалавр» успішно склали випускні державні іспити, присвоєно освітню кваліфікацію “Бакалавр медицини” професійну “Асистент фізичного терапевта” зі спеціальності ерготерапія», видано диплом звичайного взірця.

РЕАБІЛІТАЦІЯ ПАЦІЄНТІВ, ЩО ПЕРЕНЕСЛИ НЕВРИТ ЛИЦЬОВОГО НЕРВУ

Сучасні міждисциплінарні знання, що надаються студентам-медикам і студентам-фармацевтам під час навчання, підготовки, перепідготовки та підвищення кваліфікації у ВПНЗ «Львівський медичний університет» сприяють висококваліфікованій підготовці фахівців, які найближчим часом вже увійдуть до штатів або працюють в закладах охорони здоров’я аптеках різної форми власності. В свою чергу, професорсько-викладацький склад кафедри фізичної терапії, ерготерапії, спортивної медицини фізичного виховання складається із команди, якої входять хірурги периферичних нервів (пластичний лицевий пластичний хірург), сімейні лікарі, неврологи, отоларингологи, офтальмологи, фізіотерапевти логопеди. Вони співпрацюють з лікарями інших спеціальностей, фармацевтами адвокатами, є запорукою найефективнішого засобу викладання дисципліни на сучасному рівні, а також вивчення рівня надання цілісної допомоги пацієнтам лицьовим паралічем. Тобто, нами вивчається розглядається оцінка лікування травм лицьового нерва. Підкреслюється роль міжпрофесійної команди догляді за пацієнтами паралічем нерва, проходять відновлення нерва амбулаторного стаціонарного лікування. Відмітимо, ураження зустрічаються найчастіше серед патології черепних нервів. складають від 2-х 5-ти % усіх захворювань периферичної нервової системи запально-дегенеративного характеру посідають 1-ше місце частотою мононевритів мононейропатій. У різних регіонах світу захворюваність неврит нерву становить 16,0 30,1 випадків 100 тис. населення. Наші дослідження проводилися одному КНП «Заклад здоров’я» м. Львів. На лікуванні знаходились 20 пацієнтів гострим невритом нерву. Пацієнти були поділені 2 підгрупи по 10 чоловік. 1 групи отримували лише медикаментозне Пацієнтам поряд медикаментозним лікуванням додавали немедикаметозне (рефлексо- гірудотерапію, букальний масаж, насіння-терапію, пасивно-активні вправи). Відновлення рухових розладів відбувалось поступово 5-6 дня. Застосовували 2-3 курси сеансів. Контрактури уражених м’язів не спостерігалось. Методи немедикаментозного гострого невриту дозволяють значно скоротити процеси одужання запобігають утворенню ускладнень мімічних м’язів. Звичайною практикою при невриті призначення нестероїдних протизапальних лікарських засобів, мають протизапальну знеболювальну дію. Додатково можуть призначати знеболювальні ліки. Якщо пацієнта сильні болі високий ступінь Лікар може порекомендувати, фармакотерапії, короткий курс ліків глюкокортикостероїдів для зняття запалення полегшення симптомів розладу здоров’я. Разом тим, якщо встановлено, причиною інфекція (бактерія чи вірус), призначаються ліки антибіотиків противірусні лікарські засоби. Крім того, появі сухості очей необхідно їх зволожувати допомогою спеціальних крапель, ніч закривати очі пов’язкою. Лікування вимагає перебування стаціонарі закладу здоров’я, проводитися амбулаторних умовах, контролем сімейного лікаря.

У статті висвітлено виклики, з якими зіштовхнулася сфера охорони здоров’я та професорсько-викладацький склад ВПНЗ «Львівський медичний університет» у період 2020–2024 років. Описано наслідки пандемії COVID-19, зокрема її вплив на пацієнтів із супутніми захворюваннями, а також психоневрологічні прояви серед населення. Розглянуто актуальні постковідні збільшення захворюваності ГРВІ, грип, поранення психічні розлади військових і цивільних, що визначаються за МКХ-11. Акцентовано увагу необхідності міждисциплінарного підходу до медичної практики, впровадження нових лікарських засобів, удосконалення медико-правових правовідносин системі «лікар-пацієнт-фармацевт». Представлено науковий потенціал університету, реалізується через діяльність чотирьох наукових шкіл, проведення щорічних науково-практичних конференцій міжнародною участю публікації фаховому електронному журналі. Підкреслено значення інституційної підтримки реформування системи відповідно Стратегії розвитку 2030 року.
