Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is one of the major hematological malignancies both in adults and children. MicroRNAs are emerging as therapeutic targets cancer including ALL using less methods. current study was conducted evaluate potential miR-146a-PBX2 axis leukemic target ALL-induced rabbit model. A total 8 rabbits were divided into two groups: (diseased) normal (control). whole blood collected from groups plasma isolation performed. levels miR-146a PBX2 gene diseased control samples quantified by real-time PCR (RT-qPCR). normalized fold expression calculated miR-16 reference GAPDH. results showed there significant increase (ALL-induced) compared control.
