У статті висвітлено виклики, з якими зіштовхнулася сфера охорони здоров’я та професорсько-викладацький склад ВПНЗ «Львівський медичний університет» у період 2020–2024 років. Описано наслідки пандемії COVID-19, зокрема її вплив на пацієнтів із супутніми захворюваннями, а також психоневрологічні прояви серед населення. Розглянуто актуальні постковідні збільшення захворюваності ГРВІ, грип, поранення психічні розлади військових і цивільних, що визначаються за МКХ-11. Акцентовано увагу необхідності міждисциплінарного підходу до медичної практики, впровадження нових лікарських засобів, удосконалення медико-правових правовідносин системі «лікар-пацієнт-фармацевт». Представлено науковий потенціал університету, реалізується через діяльність чотирьох наукових шкіл, проведення щорічних науково-практичних конференцій міжнародною участю публікації фаховому електронному журналі. Підкреслено значення інституційної підтримки реформування системи відповідно Стратегії розвитку 2030 року.

Today there is a danger of spreading Ixodes ticks, which can cause Lyme disease, characterized by polysystemic lesions. As rule, treatment involves antibiotic therapy. We studied the effectiveness apitherapy bee sting method in complex patients with arthritis. Patients were prescribed course stings from 1 to 15 once every other day, total 102 stings. After apitherapy, had significantly reduced or eliminated pain spine and joints, was significant decrease IgM during between courses therapy IgG tests performed after bees. Apitherapy have pronounced antibacterial effect over next 2 years. In addition these findings, further observations indicated that immunomodulatory effects venom may play crucial role mitigating inflammatory responses. not only experienced relief but also reported improved mobility overall quality life. The gradual reduction specific antibody levels suggests help recalibrate immune system time. This additional benefit, coupled direct properties venom, positions as promising complementary approach. Continued research into long-term warranted better understand its full therapeutic potential.
