The methodology uses normative juridical analysis, which is legal that examines law from internal perspective, with object of its study being norm, involves literature qualitative approach, comparative approach on implementation administrative policy through Corruption-Free Zone (WBK) in Indonesian governmental institutions. results indicate mapping corruption-prone areas proactively implementing preventive measures these zones. This includes increasing awareness, enforcing regulations, strengthening supervision. Furthermore, this paper also discusses challenges opportunities WBK Indonesia, along providing recommendations maximize effectiveness minimizing corruption enhancing within scope government administration. Pelanggaran berat hak asasi manusia (HAM) adalah pelanggaran yang sangat keji termasuk dalam klasifikasi kejahatan luar biasa. Namun demikian, penerapannya masih terbatas belum diklasifikasikan Dengan mengklasifikasikan biasa, Indonesia dapat memperkuat komitmennya melindungi manusia, meningkatkan upaya pencegahan penghukuman, keamanan sekitar manusia. Studi menyimpulkan undang-undang peraturan mengatur harus direvisi.
