BACKGROUND Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) presents unique challenges related to feeding and nutritional management. Children with ASD often experience difficulties, including food selectivity, refusal, gastrointestinal issues. Various interventions have been explored address these challenges, dietary modifications, vitamin supplementation, therapy, behavioral interventions. AIM To provide a comprehensive overview of the current evidence on management in ASD. We examine effectiveness interventions, supplements, mealtime practices addressing needs children METHODS systematically searched relevant literature up June 2024, using databases such as PubMed, PsycINFO, Scopus. Studies were included if they investigated or strategies improve behaviors assessed quality studies synthesized findings impact various difficulties outcomes.
