This study focused on assessing the extent and significant difference in challenges faced by nurses handling critically ill patients at Sulu Sanitarium General Hospital specifically physical, emotional, mental, social spiritual dimensions. It employed a cross-sectional research design with 100 through purposive sampling procedure treated data frequency, percentage score, weighted mean, standard deviation, t-test for independent samples, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s test of correlation. The following are findings: 1) majority female, aged between 31-40 years old, served 1-5 years, mostly bachelor’s degree holders, do not have formal training critical care nursing. 2) Generally, experience moderate their respective workplaces; 3) there is no when categorized according to gender, educational attainment, as nurses. However, exists terms age length service, where 30 old below 1 year service groups better ways perceiving patients. 6) There highly positive correlation among subcategories subsumed under Hospital. This study assessed the human resource policies and employees’ work performance of line-agencies in Sulu during Fiscal Year 2023. A descriptive-correlational analysis was used to ascertain the psychological empowerment components of Sulu State College faculty members throughout 2020–2021 academic year. This study assessed the Nurses knowledge and practices in neonatal sepsis prevention for Fiscal Year 2025. With 47 samples taken through non-probability sampling method via purposive sampling, with use of weighted mean, standard deviation, t-test independent samples, One-way ANOVA, Pearson’s r, this reveals following findings:1) Of respondents, mostly are female, married within age range 30-39 years old; 2) On average, nurses’ level practice is very knowledgeable; 3) Generally, variables age, gender, marital status do not significantly mediate ; 4) group respondents who rated as Strongly Agree or knowledgeable terms hygiene probably same sterilization disinfection, antibiotic prophylaxis, recognizing risks signs symptoms respectively; 5) seems to support Health Belief Model (HBM) theory reasoned action. This study examined the connection between social media usage and health-seeking behaviors of a selected group young mothers residing in Jolo. It considered their socio-demographic profiles, such as age, educational attainment, marital status, occupation, barangay residence. Utilizing descriptive research design, investigation gathered data on patterns activity how these may influence various health-related actions among respondents. The approach centered observation collection, without aiming to determine direct causation.
