healthcare
sector
is
undergoing
major
changes
driven
by
technological
progress
and
evolving
patient
requirements,
requiring
nurses

adjust
take
on
leadership
positions.
This
research
investigates
the
skills
of
100
nursing
staff
members
at
Sulu
Sanitarium
General
Hospital,
aged
23
55,
irrespective
their
education.
Participants
consisted

working
a
contractual

permanent
basis.
Data

different
hospital
sites,

competency
scores

standard

media
usage

health-seeking
behaviors
of
a
selected
group
young
mothers
residing
in
Jolo.

Sanitarium
