The article presents the legal regulation of audit sustainable development. It has become clear that in context development, it is sufficient and mandatory to have relevant norms related auditing at international level. Guidelines application materials ISSA 5000 standard will be published 2025. "Ensuring development" was by Committee on International Standards Auditing Information Assurance (IAASB). Through analysis, an attempt made substantiate need for field development audit.
