Since stroke has limited treatment options, an active search for new therapeutic approaches is required. Initial excitement of using cell-based therapies to stimulate recovery processes in the ischemic brain turned into a more measured perspective, acknowledging obstacles related unfavorable environments associated part with aging. Given predominance older populations, evaluating effectiveness cell aged essential and clinically relevant. Despite common perception being resistant regeneration, recent research neural precursor cells bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem indicates that therapy can promote plasticity remodeling rat brain. However, significant differences compared young brain, such as expedited progression injury infarction, decreased rate endogenous neurogenesis, delayed onset neurological recovery, must be noted. The may further connected age-related comorbidities diabetes or hyperlipidemia, potentially leading maladaptive impaired remodeling. These factors need careful consideration clinical application restorative stroke.

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is an endocrine and metabolic syndrome characterized by a chronic inflammation increase of androgen production in ovarian theca cells.1 The expression the p65 gene TNF-α was found to be intracellular markers PCOS patients. Previous studies have indicated that Secretome hypoxia mesenchymal stem cells (SH-MSCs) has anti-inflammatory properties widely reported effective treating various diseases. An experimental study using Post Test Only Control Group Design method. This involved 24 female wistar rats divided into 4 groups. K1 consisted healthy rats, K2 without any treatment, K3 treated with 200μL dose SH-MSCs, K4 400μL SH-MSCs. On 33rd day, underwent examination expression. result Shapiro-Wilk test Levene data were normally distributed homogenous. In One-Way ANOVA test, groups K III IV showed significantly lower changes genes compared control group (p<0.05). Kruskal-Wallis Mann-Whitney significant differences among (p <0.05). While, post hoc Tamhane SH-MSCs given at 200 µL/kgBW 400 had effect reducing on model.

Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized by gradual destruction of insulin-producing β-cells in the endocrine pancreas due to innate and specific immune responses, leading impaired glucose homeostasis. T1D patients usually require regular insulin injections after meals maintain normal serum levels. In severe cases, or Langerhans islet transplantation can assist reaching sufficient β-mass normalize The latter procedure limited because low donor availability, high loss, rejection. There still need develop new technologies improve survival implantation keep islets functional. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are multipotent non-hematopoietic progenitor with plasticity that support human pancreatic function both vitro vivo co-transplantation MSCs more effective than alone attenuating diabetes progression. beneficial effect on combined angiogenesis, suppression secretion growth factors essential for function. this review, various aspects related described.
