This study investigates the total phenolic and flavonoid contents, antioxidant activity, metal chelation capacity of acetone water extracts from Anethum graveolens L.. The content extract was significantly higher (173.49 ± 4.91 µg GAE/mg extract) than (98.52 3.62 extract). Similarly, (72.81 1.15 QE/mg exceeded that (27.69 1.72 Concentration-dependent responses revealed activity for across all tested concentrations (12.5–400 µg/mL), with a sharper increase in response at concentrations. IC50 values DPPH radical scavenging activities further confirmed extract's superior performance, lower (51.56 µg/mL) (113.46 compared to (192.44 µg/mL 268.95 µg/mL, respectively). Hierarchical clustering 3-D surface plot analyses demonstrated strong correlations between both extracts, Pearson correlation coefficients r = 0.94 0.99 extract. While displayed bioactivity, exhibited more tightly linked relationship its properties. These findings highlight potential A. as natural antioxidants chelators, offering promising applications oxidative stress mitigation toxicity management.
