Background/Objectives: Aphasia is a neurological condition affecting the ability to understand and/or express language fluently and accurately, can occur following stroke, traumatic injuries, or other brain pathologies. The aim of study was provide clinicians researchers information regarding existing assessment tools assess aphasia. Methods: For this Systematic Review, PubMed, CINAHL, Web Science, Scopus were searched for articles published up August 2024. Authors independently identified eligible studies based on predefined inclusion criteria extracted data. quality risk bias assessed using Consensus-based Standards Selection Health Measurement Instruments (COSMIN) checklist. Results: Of 1278 publications screened, 238 fell within critically reviewed, 164 found divided into 8 main domains; most used Language Screening Test (LAST), Stroke Quality Life Scale-39 (SAQOL-39), Oxford Cognitive Screen (OCS), Token test. Conclusions: This review has emphasized need agreement among as which tool must be studied adapted national contexts develop universal norms standards.
