Abstract This paper aims to examine the impact of green HRM and corporate social responsibility on financial performance growth, measured by profit, revenue, ROA, ROE growth. To test hypotheses, we employed ordinary least squares (OLS) regression analysis. The findings revealed that is a significant predictor growth indicators, including ROE. Furthermore, contrary our expectations, implementation CSR practices negatively impacts firm’s potential for economic empirical evidence shows positively associated only with revenue study contributes literature examining debated while also offering valuable insights practitioners policymakers.
