Developing instructional materials based on the generative learning model has become critical in science and physics education. However, a systematic analysis of research trends this domain must be more conspicuously present. This study aims to conduct an in-depth investigating impact model-based education, encompassing their classification identifying potential variables for future scholarly investigations. The methodological approach employed literature review utilizing bibliometric analysis, initiating with definition keywords “generative model” “journal” within Publish or Perish application using Google Scholar as primary database. A filtering process was applied search results, 10 pertinent articles “Science Physics” from initial pool 200 publications. Researchers utilized Mendeley Vosviewer compile metadata visualize trends. Findings indicated that models clusters into two categories: models, conventional approaches, outcomes, population characteristics, pedagogical influences. study’s limitations, stemming restricted article sample, underscore need explore broader range topics.
