Background Providing optimal nutrition in the first 6 months of life is important because it can support child's nutritional status before complementary feeding begins. Formulating health policies related to exclusive breastfeeding one government's strategy gain from various parties. were prepared with aim ensuring that community was able provide until child two years old and accompanied by additional food according needs. This research aims describe implementation worldwide Methods A systematic literature review conducted published 2019 – 2024. Published included journals, papers issue briefs. Content analysis explore more about policy implementation. 7 articles selected be reviewed this study. Results Mother's knowledge, working mother, husband's family play an role success breastfeeding. The factors influence provision mothers include lack socialization, supporting facilities, special regarding workplace. Conclusions Increasing administrative capacity, cross-sector support, adequate communication coordination as well increasing government commitment implementing are keys successful
