Abstract This study compared the stress, anxiety and depression levels in employees working health, education security sectors. The also investigated effect of psychological resilience on anxiety, whether differ according to occupational demographic variables. In this cross‐sectional study, 1222 participated, comprising 50.8% from health sector, 37.7% education, 11.5% security. Data were collected using Stress, Anxiety, Depression Scale‐21 Brief Resilience Scale. revealed varying rates severe stress (49.1%), (74.0%), (53.2%) among participants. Health experienced higher (52.1%), (77.0%), (58%) those (46.4%, 72.4%, 48.4%) sectors (44.3%, 66.4%, 48.5%). exhibited levels, signifying a significant difference. Furthermore, research identified as crucial predictor depression. Additionally, these mental issues more prevalent younger individuals with less work experience, females, private sector employees, singles, without children. findings showed that level was high all three (health, security), but problems common employees. fact is indicates factor should be taken into account.
