Background:
In
the
digital
age,
growing
elderly
people
has
gradually
been
marginalized
and
become
a
"
vulnerable
group
who
is
facing
divide
problems
that
need
to
be
solved
urgently.
With
support
of
relevant
policies,
all
sectors
society
have
attached
great
importance
shift
for
elderly,
which
brought
certain
convenience
their
life,
but
there
still
reality
insufficient
inclusion
them.
So,
re-examining
existing
policies
in
related
fields
necessary.Objectives:
The
article
aims
at
examining
potential
inadequacies
about
proposes
corresponding
policy
recommendations
enhance
well-being
sense
acquisition
worldwide.Methods:
By
perspective

this
study
undertakes

analysis
method

44
texts
using
NVivo12
qualitative
software.Results:
It
indicates
'supply-based
tool'
accounted
highest
proportion
(55.20%),
followed
by
'environment-based
(30.40%),
lowest
was
'demand-based
(14.40%)
tool
dimensions.
Analyzing
