This study explores the effects of Polyurethane Foam (PUF) as fine aggregate and different NaOH molarity (M) to analyze rheological behavior, hardened properties microstructural behavior Geopolymer concrete (GPC) optimize replacement molarity. For this purpose, In PUF-GPC mix, GPC varied from 10 14 at intervals 2 with 1.5 % superplasticizers (SP) improve workability GPC. The optimum strength were attained 15% PUF 12 slump values, compressive, split tensile, flexural results. results indicate that optimal M, replacement, achieves highest compressive (40.4 MPa), tensile (5.15 (5.98 MPa) 28 days. These findings highlight potential PUF-based optimized a sustainable alternative in construction applications. concluded M concentration binder contents (fly ash-50% GGBS-50%) SP (2%) based provided better workability, behaviour.

The research investigated the spatial distribution of air quality in Peninsular Malaysia to offer crucial insights for mitigating degradation. Utilizing historical data obtained from Malaysian Department Environment, eleven years' worth (2011-2021) daily readings PM10, O3 , SO2 NO2 and CO thirty-four monitoring stations were subjected environmetric techniques Artificial Neural Network analysis. HACA successfully classified seven into High Pollution Cluster (HPC), Moderate (MPC), twenty Low (LPC). discriminant analysis demonstrated a correct assignment rate 91.87%, suggesting that all five parameters able discriminate with significance level p<0.0001. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) revealed two Variance Factors (VFs) across clusters, cumulative variances 69.43% 82.32% 62.16% (LPC) respectively. Furthermore, employing Multi-Layer Perceptron Feed-Forward (MLP-FF-ANN) model predict API yielded significant strong correlation, as indicated by R2 =0.7774 RMSE=9.9048. These findings hold potential informing adoption effective preventative management strategies
