This study evaluates the digital skills, level of technology integration in teaching, and challenges faced by vocational high school (SMK) teachers Solok City, Indonesia. A total 105 SMK participated this descriptive-correlational study, which used a four-point Likert scale questionnaire to assess these areas. The findings reveal that exhibit very competencies, with an average score 3.42, especially literacy, collaboration, creativity, problem-solving. Technology teaching also shows level, 3.52, particularly multimedia usage collaborative tools. Despite positive results, key include limited access technological devices, lack technical support, insufficient learning resources. found no significant differences skills based on age, but gender were observed, female performing better certain domains. Additionally, teachers’ are positively correlated their educational attainment participation training. suggests improving infrastructure, offering practice-based continuous training, providing support at essential for overcoming existing barriers ensuring effective teaching. The increasing need for effective learning evaluation in higher education is driving the development of big data-based systems to provide comprehensive insights. This research aims at developing an Intelligent Learning Evaluation System (ILES) support team teaching and monitor effectiveness process through pre-tests, post-tests periodic evaluations. system was developed using Agile methodology, including iterative stages requirements gathering, design, development, testing implementation. Codeigniter used backend PostgreSQL as database. enables dynamic monitoring performance student outcomes. finding showed that Real-time data visualization user-friendly dashboards improve decision making faculty administrators.
