This study aims to determine the role of risk perception, perceived benefits, and trust in optimizing purchase intentions based on theory planned behaviour. The behaviour is used understand human behaviour, which includes attitudes, subjective norms, beliefs, object this research expedition services subject consumers island Java. uses a quantitative approach by collecting data from 216 service consumers. shows that perception have significant impact. also found influences intentions.
