The research employs structural equation modeling demonstrates robust interrelationships variables (correlations ranging r=0.689 to 0.817), with literacy employee commitment exhibiting strongest correlation (r=0.817). Statistical analysis reveals that significantly mediates factors performance, explaining 72.3% variance (R²=0.723). All constructs demonstrated strong reliability (Cronbach’s α: 0.739-0.787) convergent validity (AVE>0.5). Multiple regression identified attitude (β=0.218) (β=0.184) as primary predictors, while frugal innovation showed significant influence (β=0.172, p<0.001). found 69.1% participants utilize tools times daily, 44.4% at intermediate levels. Path confirmed positive relationships (p<0.001) all variables, demonstrating highest direct effect on (0.525). extends theory by empirically validating competencies’ role success identifies critical divide impacting outcomes. In work environments (48.1% hybrid, 42% on-site, 9.9% remote), findings demonstrate universal importance competencies different operational models. Construction projects in developing countries face challenges related to inefficient practices and high levels of waste, leading cost overruns delays. Lean (LC) principles are an approach minimize waste improve efficiency construction projects. However, the impact adopting LC on reduction country contexts remains a subject that requires investigation. The current case study aimed examine how implementing LC. can reduce building nations. research utilizes mixed-method approach; Qualitative interviews conducted with stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, architects, gather their perceptions most common type process lean implementation minimizes waste. Quantitative approach: was using simulation model by ARENA software, measure overall performance (reinforcement process). Our Results showed enhances eliminating non-value-added activities, standardizing work procedures, fostering continuous improvement. These lead wasted resources, such as reinforcement (improvement cutting 67.1% bending 21%) enhance productivity 19.6%, thus refinement time cycle 24.5%.
