This study explores the complex interrelationships between digital technology, e-commerce adoption, business process automation, and growth in Micro, Small, Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) Jakarta. Using Structural Equation Modeling, examines how these variables interact with a sample of businesses. The findings show strong positive correlations, suggesting that companies are more likely to use whole range technologies when they grow, automate processes, implement strategies. results have practical ramifications for MSMEs Jakarta, highlighting strategic value technology investment proposing opportunities automation digitization work together. This study investigates the entrepreneurial financial performance of women micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) actors in Indonesia, drawing upon social cognitive theory to assess interplay psychological capital (PsyCap), technology readiness, orientation. Recognizing entrepreneurs MSMEs as pivotal economic contributors, this examined moderating effect readiness on outcomes facilitated by PsyCap. Simultaneously, we explore how orientation mediates relationship. The sample comprised 920 female MSME from West Java, D.I.Y. Yogyakarta, Sumatra, selected through quota sampling. Data were collected via self-reported questionnaires measuring PsyCap, orientation, entrepreneurs' performance. data was analyzed using structural equation modeling. MSMEs, or small and medium-sized enterprises, account for a sizable share of Indonesia's economy are essential to the creation jobs country's economic expansion. This study looks into how technology adoption, financial accessibility, sustainable supply chain practices affect MSME performance financing in Indonesian MSMEs. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menentukan apakah Pentagon Papers Affair berdampak pada kemampuan seseorang mengenali laporan keuangan palsu atau tidak. Dalam konteks penelitian ini, kami akan berkonsentrasi BUMN yang diperdagangkan di BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia) antara tahun 2020 dan 2022. Untuk keperluan analisis 41 perusahaan milik negara dipilih melalui penggunaan sampling bertujuan. analisis, menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS), tersebut digunakan paket perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0.8.7. Berikut ditemukan sebagai hasil dari ini: (1) Stabilitas Keuangan kapasitas mengidentifikasi kecurangan pelaporan keuangan. As professionals who ensure the safe and efficient operation of air navigation in a specific space, Air Traffic Controllers (ATC) shall possess maximum performance since their responsibility is related to safety many human lives.
