Public health is still seriously threatened by rabies in many parts of the world, particularly poorer nations. In order to address this issue, work suggests an equation describing mechanisms transmission between animals, taking into account infectious immigrants and vaccination as possible preventive measures. The next-generation matrix (NGM) Method method was used calculate effective reproduction number (R0). Using Routh-Hurwitz Criterion, a disease-free equilibrium point (DFE) discovered It demonstrated have local asymptotic stability if (R0 < 1), unstable every other case. Additionally, DFE be quadratic Lyapunov stable globally asymptotically stable. model parameters’ sensitivity analysis on (R0) carried out using central manifold theory for bifurcation analysis, analysis’s normalized forward index method. MATLAB software utilized do numerical simulation analysis. findings simulated data showed that higher rate fewer would slow development decline, shown visually.

This study aims to formulate a mathematical framework examine how the Lassa virus spreads in humans of opposite genders. The stability model is analyzed at an equilibrium point absence fever. model's effectiveness evaluated using real-life data, and all parameters needed determine basic reproduction number are estimated. Sensitivity analysis performed pinpoint crucial significantly influencing spread infection. interaction between threshold simulated. Control theory employed devise evaluate strategies, such as awareness campaigns, advocating condom usage, deploying rodenticides reduce possibility transmission efficiently.

A mathematical model has been developed and analyzed along with a flowchart for cleaners in the community. The entire population is partitioned into Latent, candidate, passive, active, non-cleaners. analysis examines how cleanliness present equilibrium achieves local global asymptotic stability when cleaning reproductive number exceeds one. It verified using Routh-Hurwitz criteria that positive, unique stability. By graph-theoretic approach, it also proved exhibits Parameter estimation carried out to determine numerical value of number. sensitivity being conducted identify factors discourage individuals from maintaining contribute creating an infectious environment. Further, dynamics cleaner behavior community are analyzed, providing valuable insights evidence-based policies interventions promoting clean healthier

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of Lassa fever transmission and its impact on brain spinal cord then devise preventive actions. The stability infection-free equilibrium point is evaluated; model’s precision examined using empirical data; all parameters are estimated fitted. Subsequently, basic reproductive number determined, subpopulation trends observed over time. Sensitivity analysis conducted identify critical drivers influencing dynamics. Two-dimensional plots visualize crucial number. Through a comprehensive literature review case analysis, an association between various disabilities established, including conditions such as encephalitis, hearing loss, ataxia, neuropsychiatric manifestations, meningitis, seizures, coma. Solutions devised analyzed enhance early detection, treatment, mitigation disease.
