Objective: The objective of this study is to design a management model for the administration and sustainability community garden in Southeastern Mexico, focusing on strengthening local capacities, ensuring equitable resource distribution, promoting food security environmental sustainability. Theoretical Framework: draws concepts social solidarity economy, security, sustainable development, agroecology. These frameworks provide comprehensive understanding challenges opportunities rural communities managing resources sustainably. Method: methodology includes mixed-methods approach with qualitative quantitative components. Data were collected through focus groups, field visits, semi-structured interviews members stakeholders. integrates participatory planning co-design strategies aligned needs. Results Discussion: highlight community's commitment adopting practices feasibility implementing model. Challenges such as limitations climatic risks identified, potential solutions, including agroecological capacity-building initiatives, discussed. emphasizes collaborative governance continuous monitoring ensure long-term success.
