Due to their distinctive physicochemical characteristics, nanoparticles have drawn significant attention in a number of sectors and biomedical applications. However, worries about potential negative impact on human health been raised due growing use. This in-depth analysis observes the complex association between nanoparticles, oxidative stress, inflammation, illuminating underlying mechanisms ramifications. Additionally, it describes sorts origins highlighting rising prevalence commonplace goods settings. The methods by which cause stress are then explored, creation reactive oxygen species (ROS) harmful cellular materials such as lipids, proteins, nucleic acids. review also examines how contribute inflammation triggering pro-inflammatory signaling pathways inducing cytokine responses. It clarifies functions antioxidant enzymes preventing formation free radicals generated nanoparticles.
