Background: Given the important role of social adjustment in improving mental health and quality life among university students, we must analyze factors affecting adjustment. The present study aimed to investigate relationship between mindfulness emotion regulation with students. Methods: In this descriptive-correlational study, path analysis method was used panel data predict based on statistical population included all students Ahvaz (Iran) 2022–23. Convenience sampling employed select 222 (177 females 45 males), who responded different questionnaires mindfulness, regulation, at two points time months (8 weeks) apart. Objectives: The present study aimed to investigate effects emotionally focused therapy (EFT) on autonomy emotion regulation students with symptoms. Background: Individuals are consistently influenced by ineffective core beliefs known as maladaptive schemas that develop during childhood and can pave the way for appearance of problems such extreme perfectionism. Therefore, therapeutic approaches needed be effective these schemas. Objectives: The present study aimed to investigate effectiveness contextual schema therapy (CST) on perfectionism emotion regulation in individuals with disorder. Methods: In this study, 12 diagnosed disorder visiting psychological service centers Tehran 2022 were purposively selected quasi-experimental a pre-test, mid-test, post-test design. participants underwent CST 40 one-hour sessions completed Positive Negative Perfectionism Scale Emotion Regulation Questionnaire all three stages assessment. data analyzed using repeated measures analysis variance (ANOVA) SPSS-26.
