This study investigates the factors relationship between turnover intention and employee retention of Generation Z employees in workplace, using a combination qualitative quantitative research methods. Data were collected through interviews surveys, followed by comprehensive analysis employing descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression. The findings highlight significant financial needs, high expectations career advancement, adverse impact long working hours on job satisfaction retention.
