This study looks into how employee motivation and situational leadership affect individual performance in the manufacturing sector Indonesia. Survey methods were used quantitatively to gather data from employees at different organizational levels. The employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) conjunction with Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis examine connections among leadership, worker motivation, performance. findings show that are both positively impacted by leadership. It was also shown relationship between is mediated motivation. Moreover, it job design culture important moderators increased effect of on ensuing outcomes. These results highlight crucial motivational work environments adaptive techniques for enhancing setting Indonesian manufacturing.
