Abstract
Penelitian
ini
bertujuan
untuk
meningkatkan
kinerja
usaha
"Pudding
Jelly
Art"
milik
Ibu
Zulaikah
di
Kabupaten
Malang
melalui
Program
Kemitraan
Masyarakat
(PKM).
Analisis
SWOT
mengidentifikasi
dua
permasalahan
utama,
yakni
kurangnya
pemanfaatan
media
promosi
online
dan
perluasan
variasi
kreasi
seni
pudding
jelly
art.
Pemilik
masih
menggunakan
tradisional
lokal,
sehingga
terbatas
pada
pasar
sekitar.
Solusi
pemasaran
adalah
memberikan
pelatihan
pendampingan
mengenai
strategi
berbasis
sosial.
Pelatihan
melibatkan
peningkatan
pengetahuan
keterampilan
dalam
produk
serta
teknologi
informasi,
dapat
diterapkan
secara
berkelanjutan.
Permasalahan
kedua
terkait
proses
produksi,
terutama

merupakan
salah
satu
fasilitas
kesehatan
yang
bertanggungjawab
atas
pemenuhan
kebutuhan
obat-obatan

masyarakat.
Pasca
pandemi
covid-19
penurunan
layanan
dirasakan
oleh
seluruh
apotek,
sehingga
banyak
unit
usaha
apotek
saat
ini
tidak
hanya
memberikan
pelayanan
bidang
obat-obatan.
Beberapa
kini
menyediakan
perlengkapan
kesehatan,
produk
kecantikan,
dan
praktik
dokter
spesialis.
Salah
satunya
adalah
Sugih
Waras
berlokasi
Kabupaten
Mojokerto,
Jawa
Timur.
Namun
masalah
utama
dihadapi
menitik
beratkan
pada
penggunaan
teknologi
masih
kurang
untuk
pengelolaan
berbagai
lini
aktivitasnya.
Penelitian
akan
membahas
tentang
ruang
kosong
dapat
dimanfaatkan
mengisinya
dengan
e-commerce
memperkuat
posisi
pasar.
