In the dynamic landscape of South Sudan's NGOs and private enterprises, interplay between organizational learning, employee capability, performance is paramount importance for fostering resilience sustainability. This study investigates these relationships through a comprehensive analysis 360 respondents, utilizing structured questionnaires covariance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
