Resistance spot welding (RSW) is the most commonly used method for joining sheet metals structures in automotive industry. The cyclic loading conditions on RSW joints can lead to fatigue failure, hence, affecting their reliability and durability. The comprehension of strength very critical, especially dissimilar joints. This study presents analyses characterize behavior these joints. Therefore, crack propagation, life under specific have been studied. The similar aluminum Al-1050, copper with Cu-Al was examined experimentally numerically. The lap-sheet materials were welded using optimum parameters ensure a consistent range produced weld nugget. In this work, experimental test rig has designed established an axial load. The high cycle tests performed, P-N curves obtained. The work analyzed numerically finite element (FE) analysis, conjunction results.Aluminum joint highest limit as compared joints. The growth rate slower than those because it higher stress intensity factor (SIF).The coefficients Paris' constants, C m, determined.
